Don’t bin the skin

Pedro, while peeling his sweet potatoes for yesterday’s soup, wondered ‘what if I roast these skins, season with a little bit of salt, olive oil & parsley?’ Y voila, a delicious bowl of nibbles, that would have previously been turfed into the bin. So now on any day Pedro has his sweet potato soup as the special, he’ll be handing out these roasted skins in the evening on the house to anyone who wishes

You can reserve tables with us 7 days a week for food or drink, as long as we’re open, 11am-11pm and ’til 3am on Fri/Sat
