Hopfully Brewing Co, Eatyard & Botequim got together to bring you the second edition of our BREWCOOK craft beer and food experience, including a 4 course dinner menu featuring unique dishes created by Chef Pedro Ferraz and intentionally paired Hopfully Brewing Co craft beers, to suit your palate. This event will bring you close to the world of craft beer and food pairing, with an exclusive menu designed specially and only for this event.


How to pair craft beer with food? Savour the food served, and then immediately take a sip of the beer. If paired properly, the flavors will enhance each other while providing a perfect balance.



Welcome cocktail

Brazilian Caiprinha made with NO Cars Dry Hopped Gose


“Paçoca de carne seca” , brazilian dry beef mixed with yuca flour,vintage cheddar mousse served with pastel dough (1,2)

Paired with: 

Graciosa Tropical IPA 5.3% ABV, a fruity, refreshing, and flavourful IPA with loads of tropical fruit notes.

To start

Sea bass tropical Ceviche served with melon salsa,  chilli-lime açaí purê , rice flakes farofa (3)

Paired with:

Kneesocks Mango IPA 7% ABV, A big, smooth, and juicy New England IPA infused with mouth-watering mangos.


“Camarão na moranga” Brazilian shrimp smoked pumpkin, served with coconut milk, chilli and “dende” sauce.(2,4)

Paired with:

Headlights New England IPA 6.5% ABV, featuring Nelson Sauvin hops that provide aromas of gooseberry, lychee, and white wine that are further accentuated by citrus, passion fruit, and tropical aromas of the Citra hops   6.5% ABV.

Palate cleanser: surprise

The end

Cartola maple glazed banana, halloumi cheese , flamed with coffee liquor.(2)

Paired with:

Copacabana 6.5% ABV, Juicy and velvety, brewed with Simcoe, heavily dry-hopped with Sabro and Simcoe, and conditioned with coconut to enhance the coconut and tropical profile of the Sabro hops.
